My Mystery Favorite for December

The challenges of December – decorating, writing holiday greetings, shopping for presents and the like – shifted my reading pattern.

Typically, I listen to at least one non-fiction book and read one novel every month. But this month, that shifted and because it did, I experienced the delight of listening to The Maid, written by Nita Prose and narrated by Lauren Ambrose.

The Maid was both a fun mystery and a wonderful audible presentation. So much so, that I’m no longer going to limit my fiction absorption to print.
