24 Hours: My Favorite Thriller for September

24 Hours: A Suspense Thriller is the first book I’ve read by Greg Iles. My husband recommended it after devouring several books by the author.

We both like thrillers, and since I haven’t read one in a few months, I was wanting a story that immediately grabbed me and kept me turning pages.

24 Hours did not disappoint. It’s fast paced and adrenalin-induced plot-twists took me through the intriguing story centered around a child kidnapping and a family’s race against time. The book lived up to its subtitle: “A suspense thriller.”  

While this is the first book I’ve read by Greg Iles, it won’t be my last. The story had everything I like in thrillers: fast-paced, complex characters, and plenty of surprises. If you like thrillers like that, this might be a book for you.
