Assuming your order has not been shipped, orders can be canceled up to 24 hours after purchase. To cancel an order send an email message to: ; Subject line: Order Cancellation. You must include your name, address, and order confirmation number. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order. In that case, please refer to our return policy information below.
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. MountainWorks Communications LLC provides a variety of shipping options with both USPS and UPS. For certain product categories, media mail is the standard shipping option unless an alternative is chosen by you.
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email of the expected delivery date, and in the case of UPS shipments, given a tracking number.
If you placed your order incorrectly, and for some reason the product is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. wrong or incomplete address), or the delivery is refused, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or PayPal account any related shipping and handling charges.
If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with any physical product from MountainWorks Communications LLC, you may return that product within 60 days of purchase for a 100% refund. If the product is defective, or you were shipped the wrong product, your return shipping will be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with any non-physical product, such as motivational or inspirational text messaging programs or a developmental coaching program, you may request cancellation of that service or product by sending an email to: ; Subject line: Cancellation. In the body of the message be sure to include your name, address, and specific product cancellation request. In such cases, you will be refunded any unused portion of that service or product on a prorated basis according to the specific policy defined at the time of purchase for that unique product or service.
Refunds or cancellations may take up to two weeks to credit to your account after they are received by our Returns Department.
