A Note From Nan

I never set out to do a radio show. But I love doing it. Like most things in my life, one experience led to another, and the stepping stones are clear in hindsight. If you’re interested in the path I took, you can find a bio and background information on my personal website, www.nanrussell.com.

I can see how I got here. But the why is tied to a passion of mine: helping organizations build winning work cultures, and helping people bring the best of who they are to the world, realize their dreams, and live their life’s potential.

So my goal for Work Matters is for the show to be a catalyst, of sorts. We want to help you achieve your work dreams, and along the way, help create better work cultures where we can all show up and do our best work together.
