Harnessing Habits for Success

This week (02/8/10 to 2/14/10) Work Matters looks at how our habits can affect us positively and negatively.

How can we harness and incorporate positive physical and mental movements in our lives and in our work?

This week we have two guests on the show to teach us how to improve our habits. First, Joan Price joins Nan to discuss increasing our physical movement. Joan has years of experience teaching and practicing the art of fitting more exercise into a busy day. She is the author of The Anytime, Anywhere Exercise Book: 300+ quick and easy exercises you can do whenever you want!.

Then, Mark Weinstein, the author of Habitually Great talks to Nan about how discipline, determination and accountability change our negative work habits.
