Confident Communication

This week (12/07/09 to 12/13/09) on Work Matters we tackle the issue of how to be a confident speaker.

The fear of public speaking is a notorious and widespread panic creator. However, sometimes it's the mistakes in one-on-one interactions that trip us up. How can we communicate better on the small and large scale?

Harrison Monarth, leader in the field of persuasive communication, professional coach and author of the best selling books "The Confident Speaker" and "Executive Presence" explains the importance of all aspects of communication in the workplace.

Then, in our regular segment of Uncommon Sense, my friend and colleague Beth Pelkofsky joins me to field listener questions. I also have included a fun segment on Real World Stuff this week, too.

Real World:

Pink Glove Dance

Interview Blunders

Odd Resume Inclusions
