How to Reduce Job Related Stress

This week (1/19/09 through 1/25/09) on Work Matters we look at the problem of job-related stress and how to get it under control.

There are plenty of issues that can keep us awake at night...the economy or downsizing or reorganizing at work, for example. We know it's important to stay relaxed and positive, but don't necessarily know how to do it or how to eliminate the worries that drag us down. In fact, we're not even sure where to start.

Two guests join me to talk about tackling these issues. First, life coach Anne Jolles, author of Rise and Shine Anytime: Simple Questions to Wake Up Your Life . Then the topic turns to stress with Leslie Torburn, author of Stop the Stress Habit: Change Your Perceptions and Improve Your Health .

So, what's keeping you awake at night? Call on my new toll-free number (1-866-944-8195)and let me know. Or if you prefer, contact me with any questions or comments at workmatters@nanrussell.com

Be sure to read my new book "Hitting Your Stride", available on Amazon.com.
