My guest this week (11/3/08 through 11/9/08) on Work Matters is an author and assistant professor of Adult and Organizational Learning at the University of Idaho.
Michael Kroth is an expert on passionate work and the author of the books "Transforming Work" and "The Manager as Motivator". Michael and I talk about these hard economic times and whether we should give up on the notion of being passionate and engaged at work. I think you'll enjoy his upbeat and insightful thoughts on this subject.
