Thought for the Day
"Smile at each other, smile at your wife, smile at your husband, smile at your children, smile at each other -- it doesn't matter who it is -- and that will help you to grow up in greater love for each other." --Mother Teresa
How often do you pass someone in the hall at work and make it a point to smile at them? Commit to doing it at least once a day for the next two weeks, and you may be surprised how it makes you feel.

"One's philosophy is not best expressed in words; it is expressed in the choices one makes. In the long run, we shape our lives and we shape ourselves. The process never ends until we die. And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility." ~~~ Eleanor Roosevelt
