TIP #45: Increase Your Altitude
"The hardest thing to see is what is in front of your eyes." Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
When things go wrong as they sometimes do, increase your altitude and take another look.
When you're mired in the details and lost sight of why you're doing what you're doing, increase your altitude and look again.
When you're had one of those "I wish I could quit" days, increase your attitude and consider it again in the big scheme of what really matters in life.
People who are winning at working increase their vantage point to gain perspective. Increasing altitude increases your options, reduces your stress and enhances your problem-solving.
