TIP #36 - Head & Heart
Those who think the workplace is not a place for heart are wrong in my book. It takes both head and heart to make the best decisions and to be winning at work.
As Fyodor Dostoyevsky puts it: "It is not the brains that matter most, but that which guides them - the character, the heart, the generous qualities, progressive ideas."
When you use more than your head at work, you have an advantage. If you want better results, put your feelings, impressions, values and authentic self into the mix.
